Legal Soft x Clio Webinar - See AI Built for How You Practice

Legal Soft x Clio Webinar — April 1, 2026 | 10:30 AM PST

AI in legal tech continues to advance how law firms operate. But knowing where to start, and what’s actually worth your time is a different challenge. That’s why Legal Soft is teaming up with Clio to bring you a session focused on what AI looks like when it’s built around the way lawyers actually work.

Why We're Hosting This

At Legal Soft, we work with thousands of law firms to build more efficient practices by providing virtual legal staff who serve as their direct support. We’ve seen how the right tools, paired with the right people, can make a meaningful difference in law firm workflows and day-to-day operations.

In this webinar, we’ll be joined by the team at Clio to walk through Clio Work, their AI-powered workspace that connects directly to your matter data in Clio Manage. Instead of just talking about it, we'll show you what it can do in a live session.

What You'll Walk Away With

This session is designed to help you understand how AI can fit into your law firm’s daily workflow. You’ll learn:

  • How AI handles legal research differently. See how natural language questions return cited, matter-specific answers without Boolean searches or keyword guessing.
  • What "matter-aware" actually means. Watch how the system pulls from your documents, tasks, notes, and deadlines to deliver research and analysis grounded in your actual case context.
  • Where document review gets faster. See how AI identifies claims, obligations, facts, and risks across contracts, filings, and correspondence in minutes.
  • How case facts connect to relevant law. See how information inside a matter gets linked to verified legal sources from a library of over one billion documents.
  • What first-pass automation looks like. From research summaries and timelines to draft arguments and client updates, all generated from your matter data.
  • Why integration matters. All outputs save directly into Clio Manage, so nothing gets lost and your team stays on the same page.

What the Data Says

The 2025 Legal Trends Report by Clio studied how AI and legal technology are affecting firm performance, and the findings are worth paying attention to.

In a first-of-its-kind neurological study of legal professionals, Clio found that using the right legal technology reduced cognitive load by up to 25%. That means less mental fatigue on routine tasks and more capacity for the work that actually matters.

In the same study, lawyers using AI were twice as likely to deliver correct answers when reviewing complex case materials and 40% more likely to complete time-bound assignments.

Beyond individual performance, the report shows that growing law firms use AI in Clio twice as much as firms that are stable or declining. These same firms doubled their revenues over four years, with only a 50% increase in clients and matters. They grew revenue four times faster than they grew headcount.

Among legal professionals using AI more widely, 69% reported a positive impact on revenue. Nearly half said AI reduced their work stress and improved their work-life balance. And 82% expect to be using AI even more in the next 12 months.

Who This Is For

This session is a good fit if you’re a managing partner exploring AI for your firm, a solo attorney looking to spend less time on research and document review, a firm administrator evaluating legal technology, or a current Clio Manage user looking to get more out of the platform.
