Jaden oversees the full client relationship at Legal Soft, from a firm's first conversation through onboarding, performance, and retention. He also serves as the company's operations lead, where every new operational idea goes through his review before it is approved. His focus is on building systems that catch problems early and keep clients and their virtual staff on track.

Alongside client relations, Jaden builds AI tools. He created Lexir, an AI platform that audits a law firm's intake, online presence, and competitors, and now works as a lead generation engine: it identifies law firms that are hiring, finds the most qualified virtual staff with experience in that practice area, and pairs them through the Lexir communication platform. He is also developing an AI-driven system that monitors virtual staff performance in real time. This mix of client experience and technology shapes how Legal Soft serves firms.

Jaden created Lexir, an AI platform that tests a firm's intake, reviews its reputation and press coverage, and maps its local competitors. Lexir also identifies law firms that are hiring and matches them with the most qualified virtual staff who have worked in that area of law, connecting both sides through the Lexir communication platform.

Operations Review and SOPs

Every new operational idea at Legal Soft goes through Jaden for review before approval. He writes the SOPs and personally trains teams into new roles.
